How do you charge for your services?

Our fees are extremely flexible based upon the clients needs and budget.

We are most concerned with valued added to your business.  We don’t believe in hourly based billings.

We design our fees to be predictable so you can more readily budget them and gauge your investment against achieving your goals.

Our preferred arrangement is to set a monthly retainer that will not increase unless very unusual circumstances dictate the need.  If in this circumstance, we will provide an estimate of the increase in advance for your pre-authorization.  This rarely occurs as we try to strive to stay within your agreed upon retainer no matter what level of support is needed in any particular month.  Some months may need more, others may need less.

Again, our goal for you is a to be predicable and measurable support for your business.  Monthly retainer amounts can run as low as $2k  per month, less than the price of a part time clerk, depending upon your needs.

What industries do you specialize in?

We take pride in our ability to learn the fundamentals of virtually any industry or technology quickly. Please see the “Industries” tab of our website that describes some specific industries that we have served and the “About Us” to learn more about our service approach.

We don’t like to describe ourselves as industry experts of any kind as that is not the focus of our value.  Our expertise lies more with understanding the nuances of doing business in Southern California as a family owned, private, or closely held middle market business entity.

Our sweet spot is serving generally serving companies with about 10 employees to over 100 and with top line revenues of approximately about $3 to upwards of $30 million, or operating expense budgets of  about $500k to around $15 million.  Smaller entities would be more hands on, the larger usually require more strategic and executive support.

Because of the broad scope and nature of our experiences, we can provide a very comprehensive range of support on numerous business issues with a single point of contact.  We understand your time is precious and you prefer to just make one phone call to get things done!

What are your qualifications?

All of our associates have over fifteen plus years of operating experience, both from inside the company as an owner operator or on-staff executive, as well as outside the company as an outsource adviser or consultant.

We are well rounded and versatile; often times doing the jobs of many with one, saving our clients time and money.

We are “Plain Spoken”, Efficient; and Results Oriented. Most of us have run businesses of our own, and know the difference between advice and results!

How do I know if you will get things done for us?

We have a long history of providing successful solutions to our clients.  See the “Case Studies” for a sample of our contributions.

If you are not satisfied with the results you are receiving you can cancel services at anytime without penalty.  Our service agreements are always month to month.
